Information communication and signal processing technologies are among the core driving forces of modern information society, with wide-ranging applications in communication networks, artificial intelligence, image and speech processing, and the Internet of Things. With the rapid development of 5G, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies, these fields are playing a vital role in advancing intelligence, digitalization, and industrial transformation. In recent years, continuous technological innovation in these areas has not only significantly enhanced the efficiency of data transmission and processing but also fostered emerging applications such as smart manufacturing, smart cities, and intelligent healthcare. Addressing the growing complexity of global demands and technological challenges, fostering international academic exchange and collaboration is critical to driving sustained innovation and application development in this field.
The 9th International Conference on Information Communication and Signal Processing (ICICSP 2026) will be held in September 18-20, 2026 in Shanghai, China.The conference is co-sponsored by East China Normal University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, hosted by the School of Communication & Electronic Engineering of East China Normal University. ICICSP 2026 aims to provide a high-level academic platform for scholars, industry experts, and engineering professionals in the field of information communication and signal processing to share research findings, explore cutting-edge technologies, and discuss pathways for industrial development and application.
2026年第9届信息通信与信号处理国际会议(ICICSP 2026)将于2026年9月18-20日在中国上海举行。本次会议由华东师范大学主办，上海交通大学联合主办，华东师范大学通信与电子工程学院承办。会议旨在为信息通信与信号处理领域的学者、行业专家及工程技术人员提供高水平的学术交流平台，分享研究成果、探讨技术前沿与产业化发展方向。
