About the Conference
No application fee – Fully funded scholarship in South Africa. Applications are now open for the One Young World Sandoz Scholarship 2026. This opportunity is designed for young leaders tackling systemic barriers to healthcare in their communities and beyond. The One Young World Summit 2026 in South Africa will take place in Cape Town from 3–6 November 2026, and is open to nationals of all countries. One Young World is proud to partner with Sandoz, the world’s leading provider of off-patent medicines, to champion innovation and help close persistent gaps in global healthcare access. Selected participants will receive full financial support, including travel, accommodation, and meals.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be 18–30 years old
- Demonstrate leadership potential
- Show commitment to creating positive social impact
- Have experience in healthcare innovation or improving access to healthcare
- Understand key global or community challenges.
Note: Most delegates at the One Young World Summit are between 18 and 30. The One Young World team may consider applicants over 30 if they can show strong personal impact, initiative, and willingness to engage. We cannot accept applications from anyone under 18 at the time of the Summit.
