📄 Documents Required
- Copy of passport or national ID
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Academic transcripts from previous studies
- Proof of English language proficiency (according to the host university requirements)
- Motivation letter written in English
- Two signed recommendation letters from professors or a recent employer
- Copy of academic diploma(s)
- Profile photograph
- If any document is written in a language other than English, Dutch, French, or German, a certified translation must also be provided.
📝 How to Apply
- First, check if you meet the eligibility requirements for the Master Mind Scholarship. Make sure you have strong academic results and plan to study a master’s degree in Belgium.
- Next, choose a participating Flemish university that offers your desired master’s program. Check carefully if the university takes part in the Master Mind Scholarship and review its application deadline.
- Apply for admission to the master’s program at the selected university before the deadline. You must first be admitted to the university before you can be considered for the scholarship.
- After the application deadline, the university reviews all submitted applications. The institution then performs a preselection and nominates the strongest candidates for the scholarship.
- If you are selected during the preselection stage, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the scholarship application through the Mobility Online system.
- Log in to the Mobility Online system and upload all the required documents. Make sure all documents are correct and submitted before the deadline mentioned in the system.
- Once your application is complete, the host university will review your file and submit it to the Flemish Higher Education Council for final evaluation.
- Finally, the selection committee reviews all nominated applications and selects the highest-ranking students for the Master Mind Scholarship. Successful applicants will receive the final notification from the institution.
