About this Scholarship
The applications are now open for the Malaysia MTCP Scholarship 2026/27. The MTCP Scholarship 2026 offers international students the opportunity to pursue a fully funded Master’s degree at leading Malaysian universities. Interested applicants must secure an admission offer from a Malaysian public university before submitting the scholarship application. The MTCP Scholarship is under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. This program aims to support students from developing countries and build global cooperation through education. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is open to Citizens of the MTCP recipient countries.
- An applicant must be a citizen of a developing country.
- The applicant’s age should not exceed 45 years at the time of application.
- An applicant must have completed a bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 3.50
- Applicants need a university admission before applying for the scholarship.

- Online application form
- University admission offer letter
- Two recommendation letters (using MTCP template)
- Statement of Intent
- Certified academic transcripts (undergraduate required)
- Official document explaining the university’s grading system
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certified English proficiency test result (if applicable)
- Passport copy
- Medical examination report (using MTCP template)
📝 How to Apply
Applicants can apply to multiple listed universities, but must upload only one recent admission/conditional offer letter in the MTCP Online application Form.
