About this Scholarship
Call for applications for the MTCP Scholarship in Malaysia 2026. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants from developing nations are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must not be more than 45 years old at the time of application.
- Applicants should have an outstanding academic record, with a Second Class Upper or a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in their undergraduate degree.
- A minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS or 60 in TOEFL is required, or previous degrees should have been obtained with English as the medium of instruction.
- Applicants must be in good health.
- Applicants can only be admitted to the listed universities in Malaysia.
- Applicants must have received an admission offer letter.

📄 Documents Required
Applicants are required to provide scanned and pdf saved copies of the following:
- Application form.
- Admission offer letter.
- Previous degrees and transcripts.
- Detailed CV.
- Statement of purpose, if required.
- 2 letters of recommendation.
- A certified copy of the English Language Proficiency Test or an official letter from the previous university stating that English was the medium of instruction during the last degree.
- Certified copy of Passport (minimum validity: 12 months).
- Medical report (certified and valid within six months).
